This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 237110 Water and Sewer line and Related Structures Construction, Size standard in Millions ($36.5) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Best Value. When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of labor and supervision b. Cost of materials and equipment to perform contract. Contract will be awarded to the vendor who can provide the construction services within the timelines listed on the attached Scope of Work, cost factors and Past Performance secondary evaluation. Wage determinations: FL190056 03/15/2019 FL56 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment for the replacement of water line from Meter (A1A South) to the Sea Wall to the Manifold, from the Manifold to 3 Cottages and 1 Restroom, total approximately 1,300 ft. per attached Statement of Work. Location of the three cottages: USCG Hillsboro Cottages 907B Hillsboro Mile Blvd Hillsboro Beach, Fl. 33062 Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $28K Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays. Per SOW, scheduled work must be completed by COB Friday June 14th. Water supply must be transferred between Monday June 10th and Thursday June 13th, 2019.
