USCG Station Crystal River – HVAC Preventative Maintenance Service
This is a 100% small business set-aside, firm-fixed-price contract for HVAC preventative maintenance and corrective repair services at U.S. Coast Guard Station Crystal River, located at 10684 N Suncoast Blvd, Inglis, FL 34449. The performance period runs from September 15, 2026 through September 14, 2027, with four one-year options extending through September 14, 2031. The scope includes routine preventative maintenance on 67 assets, plus service calls and corrective repairs subject to an annual cap of 40 labor hours and a not-to-exceed parts limit of $5,000 per contract year. A site visit is recommended on September 3, 2026 to verify requirements. Award will be based on technical acceptability, price for the base year plus option years, and past performance.
