This is a 100% small business set-aside firm-fixed-price services contract for preventive maintenance of equipment at USCG Base Miami Beach, FL (100 MacArthur Causeway, Miami, FL 33139). The contractor will perform two maintenance visits per year per piece of equipment—one minor and one major—with emergency call pricing also required. The period of performance includes a base year from 17 August 2026 to 16 August 2027, plus two optional one-year extension periods.
