This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors) with a $19.0 million size standard, and the government contemplates a Firm-Fixed Price contract. A site visit is scheduled for 08/12/26 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, and interested parties must arrange station access in advance with the Contracting Officer and MKC.
