USCG Base Portsmouth C5I Trailer Roof Replacement
The contractor will remove the existing TPO roof membrane, inspect and conditionally replace wood underlayment (up to a 10% allowance), and install a new TPO roof membrane system on an approximately 5,000 square foot flat roof at USCG Base Portsmouth. The procurement is anticipated to be 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS 238160 (Roofing Contractors) with a $19.0 million size standard, and the Government contemplates a firm-fixed-price contract. A site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time, and interested parties must arrange attendance in advance with the specified contacts. Performance will take place at the Coast Guard base in Portsmouth.
