USCG Base Portsmouth Command & Administration Building Chiller Unit Removal and Replacement
The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to safely remove a 60-ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller and then furnish, install, and commission a new chiller of equivalent or superior capacity. A site visit is scheduled for July 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern at USCG Base Portsmouth, located at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703. Interested parties must coordinate attendance with Frank Burton and Nate Chappell via email and present a valid REAL ID driver’s license for base access.
