The U.S. Coast Guard requires contractor support for monthly elevator maintenance/inspection and annual inspections for one US Elevator Ascension 2000 at C5ISC and one Dover Elevator Oildraulic DMC-1 at the UPH (Barracks) Building, both located at USCG Base Portsmouth, 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a base period of 9/25/26–9/24/27 and four option years through 9/24/31, subject to change prior to award. Quotes will be evaluated on technical capability and price, with award made to the responsible offeror whose conforming offer is most advantageous to the government. A site visit is scheduled for 9/16/26 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time at USCG Base Portsmouth; interested parties must coordinate with Frank Burton and DC1 Pena to complete and submit base access forms timely.
