All bidders must conduct a site visit on May 2nd from 0900 to 1400 EST, to verify any/all quantities and dimensions before submitting bids. If a subcontracting company is being utilized, the awarded prime contracted company must have a project manager on site for the duration of the project. No travel expenses will be allocated. Award will be based on the best value vendor who best meets the following evaluation criteria: Price, ability to meet all project requirements per the scope of work, and past performance. The estimated price is less than $25,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. The solicitation closes on May 6th at 1700 EST, and we anticipate the award will be made within one week. The estimated start date is 5 days after notice to proceed and completed within 14 days after work begins or as negotiated during the preconstruction/award meeting.
