All work to be completed in accordance with the attached statement of work. Period of performance is April 19th through 30th, 2021. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. NAICS code is 238190. Size standard is $16,500,000. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. Offerors must be actively registerd in www.sam.gov. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Department of Labor wage determinations are included and are applicable. Offerors are strongly encouraged to conduct a site visit and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. FAR 52.237-1.
