This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors (Tailored for quotes under FAR part 13), evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This tailoring includes, but is not limited to the following: In accordance with FAR 13.004, a quotation is not an offer, and any clause provision to the contrary is hereby modified to be consistent with FAR 13.004. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management - https://www.sam.gov. The US Coast Guard has a requirement for a travel trailer. Specifications are provided in the Statement of Work Travel Trailer GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: No longer than 30' in length, no shorter than 24' in length, sleeping arrangements for 4-6 people, must be less than 5,000 lbs unloaded vehicle weight, minimum double axel, tow behind trailer breaking system, standard ball and hitch set up (NOT gooseneck). Travel trailer shall not have any pull outs and be equipped with outside lighting. AMENITIES: Travel trailer shal have minimum 15,000 BTU air conditioning unit with roof ladder. Must be equipped with vinyl flooring, vented windows, bathroom/shower, and kitchen area with range, sink, refrigerator, and microwave. POWER: Trailer must have ability to be plugged into standard power if available, or operate on two 20 gallon propane bottles. MISC: Need appropriate style and type of hitch (2" receiver) with sway bars for towing.
