Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal, supervision, and incidental related work necessary to remove and replace an Armstrong Air LG14-280,000 BTU propane gas fired furnace, using existing gas lines, and electrical wiring. Remove and replace Beckett G-10 two-stage burner. Install three new ductwork for returns in ceiling with registers, tied-in to the existing ductwork. Install three (20”x20”) return filters grills at USCG Station Fire Island, Babylon, NY 11702-4602 per the attached scope of work. Contractor is responsible for following all federal, state, local and USCG COVID 19 regulations. Contract Opportunity will be changed to a solicitation and attachments will be uploaded today (1/12/2022).
