SOURCES SOUGHT LEONARDO S.p.A A-KITS The United States Coast Guard is seeking sources from industry professional organizations who possess the capabilities, capacity, and requirement specific knowledge of the following scope: Scope The Coast Guard HC-27J missionization project has a requirement for advanced mission systems installation kits (a.k.a. A-Kits) developed by the HC-27J aircraft original equipment manufacturer (OEM), Leonardo S.p.A. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS The contractor will provide complete Leonardo S.p.A. A-Kits ready for installation into the CG 27-J at time of delivery. Coast Guard may seek additional warranty of the Leonardo S.p.A. A-Kits post installation. See Product List (Attachment I) DELIVERY Leonardo S.p.A. A-Kit’s primary place delivery will be posted on a solicitation. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This sources sought is for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a request for proposals (RFP) or promise to issue a future (RFP). Coast Guard is not seeking proposals at this stage. Coast Guard will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this sources sought. All material submissions and responses will not be returned. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Coast Guard is interested in mature system production vendors who can provide the following Leonardo S.p.A. advanced mission systems installation kits for the Coast Guard HC-27J aircraft.
