USCGA T-Boat Dry Dock Services.

The USCG is conducting a Request for Information for market research to determine its acquisition strategy and identify contractors capable of providing dry docking services for Training Boats (T-Boats) at the USCG Academy. Performance is at the USCG Academy in New London, CT, with a 100-nautical-mile geo-restriction for dry docking services. The anticipated contract would have a base year in FY27, covering approximately four T-Boats, with two dry-docked in FY27 and two in FY28; the first T-Boat dry-docking is anticipated to start in early March 2027, and only one T-Boat may be dry-docked at a time. The anticipated RFP release is on or around October 30, 2026, and the draft specification is attached for reference; no cost or pricing data is required in response. Interested parties may submit a capability statement addressing their ability to perform all specified work, including dry-dock capacity, welding, mechanical, electrical, coating, and inspection capabilities.
