The company shall operate and maintain an existing Recreational Boating Safety Database (RBSDB) to provide recreational boating safety related information to recreational boat manufacturers, recreational boat retailers, State officials responsible for recreational boating safety programs, and the recreational boating public. This requirement supports the services used for the Recreational Boat Testing and Compliance Program (RBCTP.
