This opportunity requires a vendor to provide multiple technically advanced single and multi-engine aircraft for immediate deployment, with all maintenance performed in-house. The vendor must ensure 100% mission availability with spare aircraft and accommodate scheduling on 24-hour notice (48 hours for cross-country flights). Certified flight instructors, a Designated Pilot Examiner, and FAA testing for various ratings must be provided at no additional cost to the Coast Guard. Access to FAA-certified flight simulators and adequate administrative space with wireless internet and computers is also required. The vendor must demonstrate the ability to support the Joint Program Office’s flight training expansion needs over multiple years.
