Contractor technical services for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Marine Safety Center (MSC) in support of evaluating Vessel Security Plans (VSP) and Piracy Annexes (PA), and validating participation in Alternative Security Programs (ASP).
The U.S. Coast Guard intends to make a sole-source award to Tetra Tech Inc. for continued technical services supporting the evaluation of Vessel Security Plans, Piracy Annexes, and validation of Alternative Security Programs. The work will be performed for the Marine Safety Center Vessel Security Division in Washington, DC. The total period of performance, including options, is from April 6, 2026, to April 5, 2028. This notice is for notification only and is not a solicitation. While not a request for competitive offers, the agency will consider submissions that provide clear evidence competition would be advantageous.
