AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised SOW Appendix A - OEM Maintenance Requirements (Rev 22OCT2024). AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide the revised Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (Rev 18OCT2024), add SOW Appendix A - OEM Maintenance Requirements to the RFP, and extend the due date for proposals until 4:00PM EST on October 22, 2024. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z02325RSALC0001 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-07 effective 9/30/2024. This solicitation is unrestricted and the associated NAICS code is 561990 with a small business size standard of $16.5 million. The Government intends to award a contract to Crow Point Energy on a sole source basis using the authority at FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Any other proposals received by the solicitation closing date/time will be considered by the Government. The justification shall be made publicly available within 14 days after contract award.
