The Office of Information Management, Records Management Office (CG-611) is responsible for policy/oversight of the USCG’s Records Management (RM) Program. This includes compliance with Federal and Departmental laws/policies, and fulfilling reporting requirements to Congress, the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS) and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The policy created is the basis for all USCG records disposition schedules (145 total), the majority of which are out of date. This contract will support the review, analysis, and rewriting, as applicable, of those schedules deemed to be in use within USCG. This notice is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
