Each offeror must request a DoD SAFE drop from William E. Lewis (william.e.lewis3@uscg.mil) no later than five (5) working days prior to the proposal due date. Requests for DoD SAFE must be submit before close of business on November 17, 2025. Proposals emailed directly to William E. Lewis will not be considered.
