Please see two (2) additional attachments for Amendment A001: (1) RFP 70Z02324RHSWL0001 Amendment A001 (2) Attachment_6_RFP_Questions_Responses ----------------------------------------------------------- The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is procuring customized dental services and appliances to support Coast Guard Dental Clinics throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to describe the needs and outcome anticipated by the Health Safety Work Life Service Center (HSWL SC) for the full and complete deliverance of the required services at the specified locations to ensure consistent and high-quality performance. The place of performance will be the awarded contractor's facility. Solicitation 70Z02324RHSWL0001 is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), total small business set-aside, competitive solicitation conducted under FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 13.5. Per FAR 12.209, the government will use FAR 15.4 when evaluating price proposals. If the solicitation results in a contract award, the award will conform to the requirements of FAR Subpart 16.5.
