The contract includes sustainment, maintenance and support to ensure all previously installed AFIM equipment is operational at fifteen (15) USCG Air Stations and Air Facilities. This includes helpdesk operational support (on-site, virtual and/or phone support) to resolve technical problems, annual calibration and maintenance of the system, and implement software upgrades and/or patches to the system, as necessary. Previously installed AFIM equipment includes but is not limited to: installed bulk petroleum tank gauges for bulk fuel tanks, electronic fuel meter registers, local network system which stores fuel transaction history, fuel movement, and generates monthly/annual reports.
