The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard (USCG) Headquarters (CG-912) awarded a sole source purchase order to CELLEBRITE INC, UEI MBBKMVW4UQN7 with a period of performance from August 29, 2024 to August 28, 2025. The purpose of this acquisition is purchase Cellebrite training credits that provides digital forensics examiners (DFE’s) training specific to their needs and certifications. This purchase was made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. See the attached J&A for details. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”
