The purpose of this task order is to obtain Contractor support services for data and Business Intelligence (BI) platform management and technical support as well as data integration for the Coast Guard BI application. The services support will address cyber initiatives that have been mandated to the Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) by USCG Cyber Command, improve performance of current SAS Institute, Inc. (SAS) systems, optimize the usage of ISD's current personnel resources, and migrate current SAS systems to a modernized platform with enhanced capabilities to better meet the USCG's mission.
