The USCG intends to award on a sole source basis a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to: Navsim Services Inc. 247 Cayuga RD Buffalo, New York 14225-1900 The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain service, maintenance, and upgrade installation/integration related to the Shipboard Control and Navigation Training System (SCANTS) simulators. This is not a request for quotes. This notice is being issued in accordance with FAR 5.203(a).
