The USCG Headquarters Office of Contract Operations, Formal Contracts Division I (CG-9121-1) in Chesapeake, VA has a requirement for Contractor support services that shall include performance analysis, instructional systems development (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation), training support services and training delivery for resident training at eight or more training center locations and CG Headquarters. CG 9121-1 is currently procuring Training and Analysis Support Services (TASS) services; however, the need for continued support is critical to meet mission requirements while ongoing competition for the follow-on acquisition is being completed. The solicitation will be issued as a Sole Source Award to a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), namely Metris, LLC located in Chandler, AZ, in accordance with FAR Part 6.3. The applicable NAICS Code is 611519 and the size standard is $16.5 Million. Training is anticipated to begin on or around March 28, 2023.
