Description This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a notice of the Government’s intent to issue a sole source Task Order under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 70Z02318FVFK00200 to Deloitte and Touche’ for Financial Transformation Verification and Validation support services for the mission of financial management and financial system transformation supporting the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Information Technology Governance Control (ITGC) Team (CG- 62). This effort supports the USCG by providing Project Management and operational and mission support services for IT, accounting and audit coordination during the development, annual update, and ongoing monitoring of the Mission Action Plans (MAPs) and Corrective Action Plans (CAPs). This includes the development and implementation of integrated USCG-wide improvement plans to enhance financial management, financial reporting, property reporting, internal controls testing and evaluation, and IT management and cybersecurity, to comply with federal regulations and meet audit standards. The USCG announces its intent to enter into a contract with award on a sole source basis with Deloitte and Touche’ under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 234(c)(1): Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Respondents are advised that the USCG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party’s expense. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
