This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a notice of the Government’s intent to issue a sole source Task Order under Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) 70Z02323A50000001 to Java Productions Inc. (JPI) for Enterprise and Business Architecture support services supporting the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Enterpirse Architecture Division (CG-671). This effort supports the compliance and integration of Enterprise Architecture and the CGEA program into, but not limited to, processes such as Acquisition Life Cycle (ALF), System Engineering Life Cycle (SELC), Planning, Programing, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), Capital Planning and Investment Controls (CPIC) and other core business processes in support of the CG-6 operating model. The USCG announces its intent to enter into a contract with award on a sole source basis with JPI under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 234(c)(1): Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Respondents are advised that the USCG will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. All costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the responding party’s expense. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.
