Related Notice IDs: 70Z02322RFI931301 and 70Z02323RFI931302 The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is issuing a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for industry comment for Maritime Unmanned Aircraft System (MUAS) for Host Cutters. This is NOT an official RFP; therefore, the Government is not seeking proposals. All interested parties are encouraged to review the DRAFT RFP and provide comments that may lead to updates in the Final RFP. Comments/questions must be received by 1300 EDT on July 21, 2023. Please submit comments to the Contract Specialist at Barbara.A.Reithmaier@uscg.mil with a copy to the Contracting Officer at Matthew.L.Wallace@uscg.mil. The subject line of the email submission should conform to the following format: “DRAFT RFP MUAS Comment_Company Name_Email Submission #.” All documents associated with this DRAFT RFP are subject to revisions at the sole discretion of the Government. Regardless of the information obtained from this Sources Sought Notice, the Government reserves the right to consider any arrangement as deemed appropriate for this requirement. This DRAFT RFP is not considered to be a commitment by the Government to award a contract. The Government will not pay for any information provided. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in the response to this Sources Sought Notice. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this Sources Sought notice. Amendment 1 (SFLC Engineering Advisory 0##/22) (TS-313 Policy) are removed from the Draft MUAS for HC RFP Attachment J-2 System Performance Specification (SPS) and the Draft MUAS for HC RFP Attachment J-3 Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM). Comments on the DRAFT RFP must be received by 1300 EDT on July 21, 2023.
