A written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Coast Guard intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Only the exact part numbers listed will be accepted. All equipment must meet the OEM specifications. The specifications are proprietary to the OEM. Complete specifications and drawings for these components are not available for distribution by the Coast Guard. The original certification documentation from the OEM for each part number identified in the schedule is required to be included with the part at the time of shipment. In addition, if the source of supply is other than the OEM, documented traceability of the equipment to the OEM is required. Competition will be limited to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or any source that can provide the part numbers identified in the schedule with the documentation certification requirements. The anticipated contract will be awarded to Teleydne FLIR LLC. All responsible sources that can provide listed requirements may submit a quote which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
