The purpose of this Resolicitation, issued in relation to the United States Coast Guard's National Maritime Center (NMC) Mariner Credentialing Program, is to obtain one-hundred thousand (100,000) Peel and Strick Business Card Holders to protect/contain the Transportation Workers Inspection Card (TWIC) for the certifications incorporated into the Merchant Mariner Medical Certificate. These Card Holders shall match the exact requirements/specifications contained in Attachment I – Requirements/Specifications. Delivery is required within 30 days of USCG approval of sample following award, F.O.B. Destination [National Maritime Center at Martinsburg, WV]. Please note: procurement is subject to the Buy American Act – refer to Attachment III – Supplemental Terms and Conditions. Please refer to the attachments for further details.
