This United States Coast Guard (USCG) is planning to issue a solicitation for 3800 – 7800 Individual First Aid Kits (IFAKs). Each IFAK will be built in accordance with the Statement of Work provided in the request for quotation (RFQ) and be delivered to Portsmouth, VA no later than April 1, 2024. This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The final contract award decision may be based on price and contractor’s ability to utilize Ability One as a source of supply or service for this requirement. The RFQ will be tentatively released on GSA Ebuy on August 14, 2023. USCG reserves the right to issue the RFQ before or after the projected GSA Ebuy release date.
