The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain contractor support services to provide Source Selection training to USCG personnel. The course must involve evaluating potential vendors against specific criteria to determine which one best meets the needs of the requirment. Furthermore, the training must explore what source selection is in procurement and why it is essential to prioritize this step as part of the procurement strategy. The training must teach attendees how to research, read, interpret and apply the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) via exercises and problems of increasing difficulty. The Contractor shall provide On-line live training utilizing Adobe Connect Meetings or Microsoft Teams with ability for live chat and content download. There should be no student prerequisites. The USCG will schedule training from the Contractor and will be required to verify receipt of all completed training. Course will be scheduled as available and conducted in 3 total days (24 hours of Continuous Learning Points) Start/End: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Monday-Wednesday) Class Size: 25 students
