This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number 70Z02323Q72110005 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-04; Effective 13 August 2020, Defense Acquisition Circular effective 5 June 2020, and Acquisition Circular 2019-1001 effective 1 October 2019. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541519 with a size standard of $34M. The purpose of this combined synopsis is to establish a firm-fixed price (FFP) contract. Brand Name Only: Cellebrite The commodity shall consist of Cellebrite Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) software licenses, maintenance, and accessories. This contract requires the procurement of 43 Cellebrite Universal Forensic Extraction Device (UFED) annual renewal licenses and to trade/turn in 37 outdated UFED Touch 2 to the UFED 4PC, with full kit included. The Contractor shall provide annual renewal licenses and provide replacement to the UFED Touch 2 to the UFED4PC. Cellebrite is retiring their UFED Touch 2 forensic system and replacing it with the UFED4PC. The Coast Guard will receive a full UFED4PC kit.
