This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items on a sole source basis from Radio Technical Commission for Maritime Services (RTCM) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited using Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number 70Z02322R67200002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is attached to this notification, along with the Statement of Work and Pricing Schedule. As stated above, this requirement is being processed on a sole source basis from RTCM as supported by the Attachment I Justification and Approval herewith made publicly available in accordance with the requirements of FAR 13.501(a)(iii).
