Answer: The Ordering Periods (five in total) of the Contract are 365 days in length each. With an anticipated award date of 9/28/2022, the ordering periods would be: Ordering Period 1: 9/28/2022- 9/27/2023 Ordering Period 2: 9/28/2023- 9/27/2024 Ordering Period 3: 9/28/2024- 9/27/2025 Ordering Period 4: 9/28/2025- 9/27/2026 Ordering Period 5: 9/28/2026- 9/27/2027 Proposal due date remains unchanged. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a full and open competition in accordance with FAR 12. The solicitation number is 70Z02322R09230001. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 712110. The size standard is $30M. This is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is hereby issued as a part of this notice. Solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) where provisions 52.212-1, 52.212.2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 apply. Through this request for proposals (“RFP”) the United States Coast Guard (“USCG”) intends to award one Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Exhibition Design and Fabrication in support the United States Guard Museum’s complex multilevel object, image, audiovisual and immersive exhibition space with visitor interactive tableaus.
