Revise Attachment II Price Schedule; 2. Extend the quote due date; and 3. Respond to received questions. All documents are attached. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70Z02322Q92239912 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 Effective August 8, 2023. It is anticipated that one firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded on a competitive basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. No substitutions will be accepted. All questions must be emailed to Dennis Kokoskie @Dennis.D.Kokoskie@uscg.mil and Micha Wisniewski @ Micha.A.Wisniewski@uscg.mil before 2:00PM, September 1st, 2023, and will be posted as an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 550 employees. This requirement is in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program and the country of Nigeria.
