All offerors are to acknowledge this solicitation amendment by signing and returning one copy of the SF30 with quote. ________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is 70Z02322Q92200005 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. This Solicitation is set-aside for total small business in the associated NAICS code of 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. A Description of the requirements can be found in the Attachment I Statement of Work (SOW). All provisions including 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and their addenda are applicable to this acquisition and can be found in Attachment IV Solicitation Provisions. All Clauses including 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Products are applicable to this acquisition and can be found in Attachment III Clauses. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) equipment for the country of Gabon. This requirement results from the Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) GB-P-BAB between the Gabon Government and the United States Government. Please find the attached the Statement of Work (Attachment I) with Appendix A VBSS list of equipment, Pricing Schedule (Attachment II), Clauses (Attachment III), and Solicitation Provisions (Attachment IV). Please review this solicitation and all attachments in its entirety. After review of this Solicitation and all attachments, the USCG invites your Firm to submit its firm fixed price quote in accordance with the supplement to the Instructions to Offerors provision in Attachment IV. Offerors shall submit an electronic version of their quote in word or adobe pdf format by 5:00 PM ET on Monday, September 26, 2022 via email to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Devin Fitzpatrick at devin.j.fitzpatrick@uscg.mil and the Contract Specialist, Mr. Collin Applewhite at collin.w.applewhite@usgc.mil.
