The United States Coast Guard has a requirement to obtain all material, manpower, equipment, and supervision for the temporary facilities and audio/visual required to support the Coast Guard Change of Watch (COW) on May 24, 2022, and the Coast Guard Change of Command (COC) ceremony on June 1, 2022 at U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE, Washington, DC 20593. Full contents of this solicitation are provided in the attached documents. Questions: All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Wednesday, March 24th, 2021 at Noon EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Quote Submissions: The deadline for quotes submission is Friday, April 1st, at Noon (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
