This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and does not serve to bind the U.S. Government in any way. Interested parties shall not be reimbursed for costs associated with preparation of their responses. Responses will assist the Government in determining the availability of potential solutions and commercial products in the marketplace. Requirement: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard has a potential requirement to upgrade its double-sided Hydraulic Training Simulators. The proposed requirement is for three double-sided Hydraulic Training Simulators with the capabilities of basic and advanced troubleshooting skills with Electro-Hydraulic Diagnostic capabilities. All components for both sides shall be independent from one another and shall be pre-assembled at the vendor’s factory to include: Axial Piston Pump Electric motor 10 Micron Filter (6) Directional Control Valves of various types Adjustable Sequence Valve Adjustable Pilot and Direct Operating Pressure Relief Valve Adjustable Pressure Reducing Valve Adjustable Flow Control Valve Adjustable Pressure-Compensated Flow Control valve Adjustable Counterbalance Valve Adjustable Needle Valve Check Valve Pilot Operated Check Valve Two cylinders – one single-rod double acting and one double-rod double acting Bi-directional hydraulic motor Pressure Gages (48) Plumbing Tees (108) Flexible hoses and with leak-free quick disconnects The trainers need to be delivered on a plug-and-play state and be fully operational. The trainers should have variable load cycle capabilities, pressure and leak testing, safe pressure relief system, and real time/real world fault code insertion. Trainers shall also have digital displays for pressure, temperature, and motor speed (RPMs).
