Request for Information (RFI) Purpose: The Coast Guard is issuing this request for information (RFI) for market research purposes to collect written information about the capabilities of various transportation providers. Scope. The U.S. Government (USG) has a requirement for Ground Transportation (Passenger Bus, sized to accommodate the number of passengers), on a firm fixed prices basis, with air conditioning. Days of Service. The Contract shall provide bus service as needed on Saturdays and Sundays for Foreign Military Crewmembers. Length of Day. The length shall not exceed twelve (12) hours. Pick Up/Drop Off Locations. 692 Maritime Blvd., Linthicum Heights, MD 21090-1952 Service Times. Pick-up: No earlier than 6:30 AM Linthicum Heights, MD, local time Drop-off: No later than 6:30 PM Linthicum Heights, MD, local time Destination. The exact destination for each day of service will be provided to the Contractor's designated dispatcher no later than 48 hours in advance of each service day and may include multiple destinations. Driver requirements.
