Amendment 1 provides the Government responses to potential Offeror questions received after Amendment 1 was issued. Attached is the SF-30 and supporting documents for the amendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z02321RPAP02500 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-01. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Asset Project Office (APO) located in Baltimore, MD has a requirement for acquisition logistics support services. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611, and the small business size standard is $16.5M. The solicitation is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns and only qualified Offerors may submit proposals. The Government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that will allow for Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Labor-Hour (LH) hybrid task orders.
