Capability Statement - Documents should be no more than 10 pages and use a font size of 12 points; change from seven pages. 1.0 Description: The United States Coast Guard (USCG), HQ Contracting Division (CG-912), intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price procurement action for WordPress Web Hosting services in support of National Coast Guard Museum {NCGM} ((CG-0923M).This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED, services will be acquired utilizing procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 518210.The solicitation number is 70Z02321RFQ002600 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The Statement of Work has been attached for information on requirement.The museum website is being developed now by vendors hired by the USCG; it needs a hosting service to be made available for public viewing; it also needs tools to run as efficiently as possible; and the hosting provider will take care of the technical aspects of hosting, server upkeep, and security monitoring. 3.0 Launching the project: The contractors that are developing the website for the National Coast Guard Museum will have website completed on 16 August 2023. The Coast Guard will need to obtain hosting services by Aug 01, 2023. 4.0 Requirement from contractors interested: Capability Statement Requirements for WORDPRESS WEB HOSTING SERVICES. 1. Vendors are requested to submit a capability statement in response to this notice that should demonstrate the Offerors’ qualifications, expertise, and experience, providing specific evidence of their capabilities to perform the work relevant to this requirement. 2. Interested organizations that believe they possess the capabilities necessary to perform the work should submit electronic versions of their capability statements, addressing the needs described under Project Requirements as well as requirements stated on the statement of work. Documents should be no more than 10 pages and use a font size of 12 points. Responses should also include the following business information: Company Name Company Address Unique Entity ID (UEI) Company Points of Contact, phone, and Email addresses Current GSA Schedule Type of Company (i.e., large business, non-profit, educational institution, small business, 8(a), woman-owned, veteran owned, etc.), as validated in the System for Award Management (SAM). The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation. 5.0 Evaluation Factor Award: This task order will be awarded to the contractor whose quote is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors identified below considered. Technical factors will be more important in the evaluation than price. The Government will not make an award at a significantly higher overall cost to the Government to achieve only slightly superior performance. 6.0 Requirement from contractors interested: By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contract from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award.
