In accordance with FAR 8.405-6, Limited sources, the United States Coast Guard (USCG) is justyifing Call Order No. 70Z02321FPT108600 off of Department of Defense Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) No. N66001-19-A-0049. The BPA was established under Federal Supply Schedule Contract No. 47QTCA18D008L, issued March 25, 2019 and expiring March 24, 2029. For addtional information regarding the BPA, please visit www.esi.mil. On September 4, 2021, the USCG awarded the Call Order to Gartner, Inc. of Stamford, CT. As required by FAR 8.405-6(a)(3) this notice will be posted for a minimum of 30 days. Please see the justification document attached.
