The Coast Guard has a requirement for a cruise vessel of at least 70,000 gross tons to host three convening each year, three (03) of the Foreign Passenger Vessel Examiner Course departing from either, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami FL or Canaveral FL between 01 Apr to 15 Dec 2021. As such the cruise vessel vendor shall provide all supplies and services to include lodging and food to accommodate up to 20 attendees for a, either a “5 night / 6 day” or “6 night / 7 day” cruise event including a fully furnished training room with audio/visual, Wi-Fi Internet service, onsite support and crew provided access to variousshipboard locations, demonstration and/or testing of shipboard equipment and shadowing of crewmembers. There shall be at least three to four weeks between sailings. If the 5 night / 6 day” or “6 night / 7 day” is notavailable then a back to back (3 night / 4 day) cruise event on the same vessel is acceptable as meetingone course requirement.
