This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A decision on the technical acceptability of each offeror’s quotations will be made. The Government intends to make an award based on the initial quotations but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation conforms to all solicitation requirements and provides the best value to the Government. Quotation Instructions: The offeror’s initial quotation shall contain the offeror’s best terms from the standpoint of price. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order without discussions.
