All inquiries shall be in writing. The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Acquisition Directorate (CG-9), has a requirement to obtain Technical and Project Management Support Services and Training Services to implement the CG-9 schedule management tool in accordance with the draft Statement of Work (SOW) attachment. Period of Performance: It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-price contract and/or task order will be awarded with a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Place of Performance: The majority of the work under this contract is expected to be performed remotely, with occasional travel to USCG Headquarters Building at 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, SE, Washington, DC 20593-7213. The USCG will only provide five work stations at USCG HQ to allow for periodic meetings between the programs and their assigned scheduler, as well as Contractor programmatic and technical presence. The USCG Acquisition Directorate has 26 programs that deliver aircraft, ships, boats and C5ISR systems. Each of these programs is required to maintain a complex Integrated Government Schedule (IGS) that allows tracking and planning of task and resource requirements. Vendors having the expertise and required capabilities to provide the services described in the attached draft SOW are requested to submit complete information discussing those qualifications by 2:00PM EST, on 31 July 2020 to Ryan.W.Shaughnessy@uscg.mil. In your response you must include a positive statement of your intention to submit a bid for this solicitation as a prime contractor and evidence of providing the services described in the attached SOW through past contracts and/or task orders as a prime contractor. Additionally, the USCG is requesting a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for the completion of the tasks outlined in the attached SOW, as well as a list of potential contract vehicles the USCG can award a contract/task order under. The USCG will also accept any industry questions and suggested changes related to the attached SOW. The USCG is interested in validating the certifications and experience requirements versus the available workforce to field a high quality schedule, reporting, and data management team within the USCG Acquisition Directorate. Inquiries or information received after the established deadline may not be considered for this acquisition. Submission of this data for review shall not impede award of this contract as planned.
