THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. The USCG is currently in the process of determining the acquisition strategy and whether a socio-economic set-aside would be appropriate for this acquisition. Additionally, input is also being requested as to the applicable NAICS code associated with this type of effort. To that end, the USCG is seeking to identify potential Contractors that possess the capabilities to provide access to a web-based database for two users and technical and analytical support of vessel location data sets for the USCG’s Office of Standards Evaluation and Development (CG-REG), located in Washington, DC. Please note that this RFI is being posted on beta.SAM.gov in an effort to target the broadest industry response. Incumbent PSC Code: D317 (IT and Telecom – Web-Based Subscription) This is a sources sought notice and request for information (RFI). The Draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached for reference. Any interested party may submit a capability statement by 4:00pm ET by Wednesday, July 29, 2020. The capability statement should address your organization's ability to perform all of the customer service support functions required in accordance with the attached draft SOW.
