The USCG is currently in the process of determining the acquisition strategy and whether a socio-economic set-aside would be appropriate for this acquisition. Additionally, input is also being requested as to the applicable NAICS code associated with this type of effort. To that end, the USCG is seeking to identify potential Contractors that possess the capabilities to provide on-site customer service support for the USCG’s National Maritime Center (NMC) Contact Center, located in Martinsburg, WV. Please note that this RFI is being posted on Federal Business Opportunities, the GSA OASIS vehicle, and the CIO-SP3 Small Business vehicle, in an effort to target the broadest industry response.
