The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber & Intelligence Systems Program Management Office (C5I PMO), anticipates a need to procure Contractor services to provide strategic management advisory services and full life-cycle enterprise business management support to the CG-6 mission. Offers having the expertise and required capabilities to provide the services described in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO) are requested to submit complete information discussing those qualifications by 12:00PM EST, on Jan 21, 2020 to Lakaiha.Davis@uscg.mil and Dennis.Parker@uscg.mil. In your response, you must include a positive statement of your intention to submit a bid for this solicitation as a prime contractor and evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope over multiple years/agencies to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact, and telephone numbers. The performance objectives below shall provide ongoing life-cycle program management support and strategic management advisory services to fulfill USCG’s performance objectives. Period of Performance: It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed-price task order will be awarded with one (1) base year and four (4) option years. U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Technology Service Center (C4IT SC) at 300 Main Street Towers, Norfolk, VA 23510. U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Technology Service Center (C4IT SC) at the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building 1301, Oakland, CA 94612. U.S. Coast Guard Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this solicitation or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in subsection 31.205-18, Bid and proposal costs, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Request for Information, your response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. This solicitation is issued for the purpose of identifying contractors able to support the attached Statement Of Objectives (SOO).
