The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) FORCECOM Command, Training and Education Branch (FC-T), and Coast Guard Training Centers (TRACENs) are responsible for managing the training, education, and development of programs to meet the needs of USCG active duty, reserve, civilian, and auxiliary personnel. FC-T and the TRACENs coordinate with the FORCECOM Business Operations Division (FC-B) to manage the resources for the training, education and development programs including funding, training quotas, staffing and personnel. As the needs in the USCG training system grow and change, it is necessary to have service support contracts in place to meet those fluctuating needs. These requirements exist at USCG training centers and offices located at, but are not limited to: Norfolk, VA; Yorktown, VA; Petaluma, CA; Elizabeth City, NC; Charleston, SC; Cape May, N.J.: and Coast Guard Headquarters, Washington DC
